The William Jewell College men's soccer team gave up three first half goals to fall 3-0 to Drury University Sunday afternoon in Great Lakes Valley Conference action in Springfield, Mo. Jewell Falls to 3-11-3 overall and 2-9-3 in the GLVC while Drury improves to 13-3-0 and 11-3-0 in the GLVC.

Shane Van Hooser, making the score 1-0 Drury. Charles Guelly would score in the 20th minute, giving Drury the 2-0 lead. Scott Stiffler scored his first goal of the year in the 38th minute to give Drury the winning margin 3-0.
The Cardinals managed only four shots, one of which was on-goal. Van Hooser recorded seven saves and allowed three goals in the loss playing 74 minutes.
Joe Keeven would play the final 15 minutes recording one save.
The Cardinals close out the regular season on Wednesday, October 29 when they host Rockhurst University at 7:30 p.m.
