Conner Hazelrigg overcame a first set loss for a 5-7, 6-2, 7-6 win at No. 5 singles and remains undefeated in singles play in 2014.
Loree Hazelrigg posted a straight-set 6-1, 6-2 victory at No. 6 singles. The singles wins came after the duo won 8-3 at No. 2 doubles, but Jewell (7-7) trailed 2-1 after doubles play.
Northwest Missouri State (10-10) posted straight-set wins at No. 2 and No. 4 singles before
Kristen Stivers lost a tough three set match at No. 1 singles.
The Cards will return to Great Lakes Valley Conference action as they host Drury University on Saturday, April 12 at 10:00 a.m. at Clayview Country Club.
