Junior Kaylee Marquardt of the William Jewell College volleyball team led the Cardinals to a 3-0 victory over Saint Joseph's College at home in the Mabee Center on Sunday.   With the win, the Cardinals snapped a six-game losing streak and improved to 2-8 on the season and 1-3 in Great Lakes Valley Conference play. 

Jewell won by set scores of 25-15, 28-26 and 25-19. 

Marquardt chipped in with 12 kills and six digs for the Cards, while Lauren Holm finished with 8 kills and 14 digs. 

Amy Lindhorst dished out a game high 35 assists and Lesley Iron had 14 digs which tied her with Holm for the game high. 

The Cardinals are back in action Friday, September 26 when the team travels to Rolla, Mo.,  to take on Missouri S&T. First serve is scheduled for 7 p.m.
