The William Jewell College women's soccer team dropped its seventh Great Lakes Valley Conference match of the season, as they fell to Wisconsin-Parkside 2-1 in a double overtime thriller in Kenosha, Wisc., on Friday afternoon.
Jewell falls to 6-7-2 overall, 4-7-2 GLVC, while Parkside improves to 6-7-2, 5-6-2.

Jade Gifford led the way for Jewell as she scored a goal in the 16th minute to put the Cardinals up 1-0.
The Rangers held a huge 35-7 advantage in shots, ten of which were on goal.
The Rangers tied the game up with just four minutes to play in the second half which ultimately sent the game to overtime.
After a scoreless first overtime, the Rangers were finally able to break the tie in the 102nd minute as Vianey Hernandez scored her second goal of the game to seal the 2-1 Parkside victory.

Alex Dressman recorded a game-high eight saves in the contest.
Jewell returns to action Sunday as they travel to Romeoville, Ill., to take on Lewis University at 12:00 p.m.
