The William Jewell softball team cruised to a 12-1 over Lincoln University on Wednesday in Jefferson City, Mo.  The second game of the scheduled doubleheader was rained out.   

Jewell scored three runs in the first and third innings before exploding for five in the fourth to put the game out of reach. 

Annali Dolman led the offensive attack by going 2-2 with five RBI's and two runs scored.  Shelby McGraw drove in three while Faith Song knocked home two for Jewell.

Song (3-0) earned the win on the mound by going five innings giving up five hits and one run while striking out 3.

The Cardinals, 10-5 overall will resume Great Lakes Valley Conference play as they host University of Indianapolis on Saturday, March 21 at 12:00 p.m.
