The William Jewell College men's soccer team was upended 2-0 in non-conference play this afternoon against Harding University in Searcy, Ark.
Harding would score their first goal of the game in the 26th minute as Christian Ramos dribbled through the Cardinal defense and found the back of the net to give the home team the 1-0 lead.
The Bison's would add their second goal of the game in the 49th minute when Matheus Ribeiro recorded his fourth goal of the season.

Luke Heaton was credited with the loss for the Cardinals as he allowed one goal in 45:00 of action while sophomore
Quinn Ruggeri allowed a goal in the second half. Harding out-shot Jewell 28-11 in the game and also had the advantage on corner kick opportunities, 9-0.
The Cardinals (2-6-0) will return to Great Lakes Valley Conference play on Friday as they host Truman State University. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. at Greene Stadium.
