The William Jewell men's soccer team gave up four second half goals, falling 5-1 to fellow Great Lakes Valley Conference member University of Indianapolis in Indianapolis, Ind., on Friday.

HOW IT HAPPENED
 
    3:34 –The Cardinals struck first when Teddy Gifford scored his fifth goal of the year by heading home a corner kick. 
    10:09  –The Greyhounds scored their first of five goals when Julian Zylfiu knocked in his first goal of the season.   
    48:43  –Benjamin Sierra scored his seventh goal of the year to give UINDY the 2-1 lead. 
    53:03  –Javier Steinwascher scored his seventh goal of the year and UINDY took control leading 3-1.
    61:35 –Josh Mahon put the Greyhounds up 4-1 when he knocked in his second goal of the season. 
    85:32  –Jack Berger scored the fifth and final goal of the game which produced the 5-1 winning margin.
 
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
 
    UINDY outshot the Cardinals 23-5 and held a 12-5 advantage in shots on goal. 
 
LEADERS OF THE FLIGHT
 
    Gifford led the Cardinals with four shots and scored his fifth goal of the season.

    Goalie Quinn Ruggeri made seven stops on the night in 90 minutes of play.
