The William Jewell College women's soccer team was blanked 2-0 by Wisconsin-Parkside this afternoon in Great Lakes Valley Conference action in Kenosha, Wisc.The loss drops the Cardinals to 6-6-3 overall and 4-5-4 in league play.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• 17:51 -Emily DeVaux put the Rangers up 1-0 with a shot from 10 yards out off a corner kick.
• 88:37 -The Rangers put the game away when Maycee Kroening drilled a goal home from 15 yards out which produced the winning 2-0 score.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE

• The Rangers out shot the Cardinals 18-11 and led 10-6 in shots on goal. 

LEADERS OF THE FLIGHT

• Gracie Schweinfurth led the Cardinals with four shots while Aspen Hawkins and Hania Crow each had two. 
   

IN GOAL

• Goalie Jordan Lewis made 8 saves in 90 minutes of action.

• The Cardinals have not defeated the Rangers since September of 2012.
