Meredith Houk scored the Cardinals only win in doubles, 8-4. Senior

Becca Richison lost a tough 9-8 decision at No. 1 doubles while junior
Whitney Holloman and first-year player
Morgan Holopirek fell 8-6.
Holopirek tied the overall match score 2-2 with her 6-3, 6-0 win at No. 5 singles before the Griffons clinched the match with three straight wins at No.1, No.2 and No. 3 respectively. Holloman was came back to win a tough battle at No. 4 singles, 6-7, 6-4, 10-5 for Jewell's third win of the dual.
The Cardinals will open the spring portion of their season with an exhibition match on January 21 against Nebraska-Omaha at Clayview Country Club.
