Box Score The William Jewell College women's tennis team dropped its second straight Great Lakes Valley Conference match Friday afternoon to Truman State by a score of 8-1. The loss dips Jewell's record to 5-7 overall and 0-2 in the GLVC on the season.

The Cardinals lone victory Friday came in the No. 4 singles spot where sophomore Whitney Holloman downed her opponent 6-1, 6-1. 

William Jewell will travel to Quincy, Ill., to take on the Hawks of Quincy University on Saturday starting at 11:00 a.m.
