Box Score The William Jewell College  women's tennis team was defeated, 9-0, on Saturday afternoon by Quincy University, in Great Lakes Valley Conference play.

With the loss, Jewell falls to 5-8 overall (0-3 GLVC), while Quincy improves to 8-10 (2-3 GLVC).

Quincy was dominant throughout the day's nine matches, dropping just three games across three doubles matches and taking all six singles matches in straight sets. 

The Cardinals return to the court on Monday, April 10, when they travel to Rockhurst for a GLVC match at 2:00 p.m. in Kansas City, Mo.
