Cardinals Fall 2-0 at Bellarmine

Bellarmine University used two early goals to down the William Jewell men's soccer team on Friday night in Louisville, Kentucky. The Cardinals drop to 5-10 overall and 2-9 in Great Lakes Valley Conference play. 

HOW IT HAPPENED
  • 8:33 - Micah Linscott scored from five yards out to put the Knights on top early. (1-0, BU)
  • 10:15 - Less than two minutes later Linscott again found the back of the net with a shot off a rebounded save. (2-0, BU)

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
  • Bellarmine out shot the Cardinals 20-10, including 13-5 in shots on goal. 
  • The Cardinals recorded 11 saves to the Knights' five.
