The William Jewell women's soccer team fell 2-0 on the road at Southern Indiana on Sunday afternoon in the final road game of the season. The loss drops Jewell to 7-9-1 overall and 4-8 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference. 

HOW IT HAPPENED

• 9:07 - Madelyn Juneger put the Screaming Eagles on top early with a shot from the top of the box that deflected off the Jewell keeper and into the back on the net. (1-0, USI)
• 58:06 - Southern Indiana made it a two score lead as Kennedy Moore broke lose to take a ball off the Cardinal defender and found the net. 

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE

• The Cardinals held the lead in shots from start to finish with 15, compared to 13 by the Screaming Eagles. 
• Both teams finished with seven shots on goal. 
• USI posted eight corners to the Cardinals' five.
