The William Jewell College women's team fell 6-3 today to Cowley County Community College in Arkansas City, Kan.   

How It Happened
Senior Claire Mackay and Becca Richison took down the Tigers No.1 tandem 9-7 but Jewell would fall at No. 2 and No. 3 doubles by scores of 8-1 and 8-6 respectively.

In singles play, Junior Hannah Waine earned a 6-1, 6-2 win at No. 3 while Richison earned a win after her player suffered an injury with Richison leading 5-0. The Tigers clinched the dual with wins at No.1, No. 4, No. 5 and No. 6.

The Cardinals take on Oral Roberts University tomorrow in Tulsa, Okla.  First serve is set for 2:00 p.m.
