The William Jewell women's soccer team beat Missouri-St. Louis by the score of 2-1 on Friday evening to earn its first conference victory of the 2018 season. The Cardinals move to 4-3-1 overall and 1-2 in Great Lakes Valley Conference action.

HOW IT HAPPENED 

• 80:22 –Tritons forward Strande Less received a pass from teammate Maya Ware to break the scoreless tie. 
• 80:33 – The Cardinals quickly struck back when Bella Catano set up Alyson Galler to bring the score back to even at 1-1. 
• 82:07 – Kayla Crowder keeps the offense rolling and finds the back of the net with a pass from Allison Malott to cap off the 2-1 win.
