The William Jewell women's soccer team dropped a 2-0 decision at Missouri-St. Louis on Friday evening. The loss drops the Cardinals to 2-10-1 overall and 2-8 in Great Lakes Valley Conference. 


How it Happened

• Missouri-St. Louis got an early goal from Courtney Schreiber off a deflection in the sixth minute. 
• Just over a minute later the Tritons found the goal again from the top of the box. 

For the Cardinals

• The Cardinals posted 11 shots led by Allison Malott's four. 
• Kaylie Kappelmann finished with a match-high six saves. 

For the Tritons

• Schreiber led the Tritons with three shots. 
• Amber Hayes collected five saves.
