The William Jewell men's soccer team traveled to St. Charles, Mo. on Sunday where they finished in a 1-1 draw with Lindenwood. The Cardinals move to 1-10-2 on the year and  1-8-2 in Great Lakes Valley Conference action. 

How it Happened

• The Lions jumped on the board early as Mandlenkos Seremani scored in the box just 15 minutes in. 
• Noah Studebaker got the equalizer in the 53rd minute on a feed from Alex Trinidad,for the first goal of his career. 
• Jewell shutout Lindenwood over the final 95 minutes of play, including two overtime periods. 

For the Cardinals

• Trinidad topped the Cardinals with three shots, including two on goal to go along with an assist. 
• Jayden Hicks, who entered the game late in the second half, held down the goal with six big saves over the last 48 minutes. 

For the Lions

• Lindenwood finished with 19 saves, led by Luke McBeth's four. 
• Tim Licht posted three saves.
