The William Jewell women's tennis team surpassed their win total from all of last season with a 4-3 win at Quincy University on Tuesday afternoon. The win moves Jewell to 8-11 on the season and an even 2-2 in Great Lakes Valley Conference play.

• No. 2: Hannah Waine defeated Nicole Lao (6-0, 1-6, 6-1)
• No. 3: Whitney Holloman defeated Marta Caballero (6-2, 6-0)
• No. 4: Anna Konczak defeated Gillian Evans (6-4, 7-5)
• No. 5: Abby Moore defeated Julia Yamate (6-0, 6-1)
• No. 6: Meredith Houk defeated Alexia Ginter (6-3, 6-1)

• No. 1: Makaela Hampton/Lao defeated Waine/Richison (6-4)
• No. 2: Konczak/Caballero defeated Holloman/Evans (6-3) 
• No. 3: Moore/Kanaeva defeated Yamate/Houk (6-3)
