The William Jewell volleyball team opens Great Lakes Valley Conference play this weekend as they return to the Mabee Center for the first time this season. The Cardinals host Southern Indiana on Friday night before a match up with McKendree on Saturday.   

LAST TIME OUT
• The Cardinals are coming off the OBU/SNU Invitational where they went 2-2. Jewell dropped a heartbreaker in the final match of the weekend as they fell to Northwestern Oklahoma 3-2 after battling back from down two sets. Paityn Hardison posted 62 kills on the weekend, including a career-high 22 in a win over Southern Nazarene, to lead the offense.
