The William Jewell women's soccer team kicks off the 2019 season on Sunday as they travel to Fayette, Iowa for a non-conference tilt with Upper Iowa University.  The Cardinals return their top two goal scorers from a year ago in senior Allison Malott and junior Kayla Crowder who each found the back of the net six times. 

Jewell will be led once again by Jefferson Roblee, now in his ninth season at the helm and 14th on staff.  

YOU SHOULD NOTE
• The Cardinals return 84 percent of their goals scored from last season as in addition to Malott and Crowder, Jewell welcomes back Katie Pohl (3 goals), Lexy Hawkins (2), and Gracie Schweinfurth (2).  
• Kaylie Kappelmann is back after putting together one of the best freshman seasons for a goalie at William Jewell last year before suffering an injury. She returns better than ever and is joined by freshman Katie Wagenheim.
