EDMOND, Okla. - The William Jewell women's golf team wrapped up action at the Grace Shin Invitational on Tuesday in Edmond, Oklahoma. The Cardinals finished 18th overall in a strong tournament field that featured six teams who played in last spring's NCAA Tournament.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Frida Hammarlund led the Cardinals with a score of 153, after a career-best round of 71 in the opener which is third best by a Cardinal in the NCAA era. 
• Abby Wolff followed with a 169 while Emma Litterscheid posted a 171, with a team-high five birdies. 
• Katye Vausbinder finished with a score of 174 while Madelyn Luttjohann rounded out the Cardinal field shooting 175.

The Cardinals are off until October 18 when they will travel to the Midwest Classic at Mules National in Warrensburg, Missouri.
