LIBERTY, Mo. - The William Jewell women's soccer team suffered a 1-0 loss to Indianapolis on Sunday afternoon at Greene Stadium. The Cardinals fall to 0-5-2 on the season. 

HOW IT HAPPENED

• UIndy got on the board with a goal late in the first half, in the 28th minute. Kiki Sauceda got a header off a bounce from the free kick to pu the Hounds on top. 
• Jewell got a chance just before the half on a corner kick but Bailey Stedman's shot went over the top. 
• Jewell put pressure on early in half two as Kayla Crowder and Lexy Hawkins combined for three shots on goal in the first 15 minutes but could not covert.  

FOR THE CARDINALS

• Crowder led the Cardinals with two shots, both on target. 
• Katie Wagenheim had five saves. 

FOR THE GREYHOUNDS

• The Greyhounds finished with 16 total shots, but only six on goal. Sauceda was tops with eight attempts, three on target. 
• Sophia Saucerman finished with four saves.
