MARYVILLE, Mo. - The William Jewell women's golf team battled windy conditions and bitter temperatures this week at the Midwest Classic, hosted by Northwest Missouri State. The Cardinals finished in 10th place with a team score of 686. 

THE LINE UP

• Frida Hammarlund led Jewell with a 170 score, improving by six strokes on day two, to finish tied for 30th. 
• Abby Wolff and Madelynn Luttjohann were knotted at 48th with identical scores of 91-84 to post a 175. 
• Katye Vausbinder put together an 83 on day one but slipped a bit in round two to finish with a 177 and tie for 55th while Lily Frazier was at 180. 
   
• Charley Strahm competed as an individual, posting a two-day score of 205. 

UP NEXT
Jewell will travel next Monday to the Tulsa Cup where they will wrap up the fall portion of the schedule.
