ST. LOUIS, Mo. - The William Jewell women's golf team battled windy conditions at the Triton Invitational, hosted by the University of Missouri-St. Louis, on Sunday and Monday. The Cardinals finished eighth overall as a team with a score of 1009 through three rounds.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Katye Vausbinder put together the one of the best three round performances of the NCAA era, posting a 239, which is tied for seventh for the Cardinals. The junior finished 13th overall.
- Frida Hammarlund posted a 242 to tie for 17th with a 78 in the final round.
- Emma Litterscheid finished tied for 58th with a 260 while Abby Wolff followed with a 268.
- Madelyn Luttjohann wrapped things up at 279.
