NEWTON, Kan. - The William Jewell women's golf team took 14th place as a team at the Newman Spring Invitational with a score of 647. The field played all 36 holes on Monday due to inclement weather expected on Tuesday. 

THE LINE UP

• Katye Vausbinder led the Cardinals with a score of 157, including a 73 in round one, to tie for 39th place. 
• Abby Wolff tied for 57th, posting a 163 while Ali Boswell shot a 165 and Madelyn Luttjohann a 166. 
• Hrithika Bhugvandeen rounded out the lineup with a 178 to finish 75th with a season best 84 in the opening round.

Jewell will wrap up the regular season on April 9-10 at the UMSL Spring Invite in St. Louis.
