  • Jewell also leads the league in passing defense, allowing just 176.2 yards per game. The Cardinals have allowed more than 200 passing yards just twice on the season and held Truman State to a season low 83 last weekend.
  • Adam Callahan continues to pace the conference with 10.0 tackles per game, which is 11th nationally. His 90 total tackles are tops in the league by nearby 20 and rank 11th in Division II while his 7.2 solo tackles per game is second. In GLVC games, the senior is the best among defensive players with 9.8 tackles per game with 47 solos.
  • Four players boast more than 30 career starts, led by Adam Callahan's 36. Sean Mitchell and Nash Gagliano have each started 31 through three seasons of eligibility while Andrew Bontrager is close behind at 28.
  • Justin Endicott and Javion Macias enter the weekend ranked fourth in the GLVC with 0.5 sacks per game, along with eighth and 11th respectively in tackles for loss as the junior Endicott brings down opponents at least once per game behind the line of scrimmage.
  • With his 140 rushing yards against Southwest Baptist, Keaundre McCullough surpassed the 1,000 mark for the season. This is the ninth occurrence in program, as he joined Deeikee Williams (1998 & 1999), David Cunningham (1978 & 1980), Clem Buschmann (1962), Eric Levings (1997), Steve Hodges (1982), and Mike Ricketts (1985) among the 1,000 yard rushers.
