MARSHALL, Mo. - The William Jewell women's wrestling team placed two top-10 wrestlers at the Missouri Valley Open over the weekend. Freshman
Shelby Kemp finished 6th in the 131lb division, while
Athena Willden was 8th in the 160lb class.
Willden won her third bout by decision over Rose Cassioppi of the No. 1 Iowa Hawkeyes, going 5-3 over the two day event.
