LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The National Fastpitch Coaches Association has revealed the 2025 NFCA Division II All-Region teams. The 2025 squads are comprised of 208 student-athletes from 115 programs, among them is William Jewell's Amanda Chung, who picked up First Team honors. The awards honor softball student-athletes from the Association's eight regions with first and second-team selections. NFCA member head coaches from each respective region nominated their student-athletes and voted for the teams. All the honorees are now eligible for selection to the 2025 NFCA Division II All-America squads.

Chung becomes the first Cardinal to be listed on the All-Region team since Allison Rawls in 2021 and the first on the First Team since 2016, when fellow second baseman Brooke Bernard earned the nod. The junior is one of 12 players from the Great Lakes Valley Conference to be listed on the All-Midwest Team after hitting .411 with 62 hits, including 13 doubles, driving in 31 and scoring 31 times herself. She helped turn 18 double plays, among Jewell's GLVC leading 25 on the season. 

As a First Team honoree, Chung now becomes eligible for the NFCA All-America ballot. The 2025 NFCA Division II All-America teams will be announced on Wednesday, May 21 at the NCAA Division II Championship Banquet in Chattanooga, Tenn.
