ST. CHARLES, Mo – The William Jewell women's wrestling team competed at the NCAA Region VI over the weekend, finishing with five Cardinals in sixth place or better finishes while sending
Alex Waitsman and
Emily Mendez to Nationals after finishing second and third in their respective divisions. It will be Mendez's second year in a row making it to Nationals.
