EVANSVILLE, Ind. - William Jewell freshman Mallorie Reed competed at the NCAA DII Swim and Dive Championships on Saturday, competing in the 200 backstroke prelims and posting a time of 2:04.01. 

The Collinsville, Oklahoma native finished fourth in the 200 back at the GLVC Championships last month with a time of 2:00.80, and first in the 100 back (56.78) at the Last Chance Meet at Drury.

This is the fourth-straight season that a Cardinal women's swimming had punched a ticket to the DII Championships.
