INDIANAPOLIS – William Jewell women's lacrosse lost Friday evening, 28-2, to the University of Indianapolis. Jewell is 1-10 on the season and 0-4 in the GLVC. 
 
HOW IT HAPPENED

• The Greyhounds wasted no time, collecting 18 goals in the first half including 10 in the first quarter.
• Up 25-0 entering the fourth quarter Kennedy Madison found the back of the net for Jewell's first goal. Five minutes later Sara Polovina notched a goal but UIndy won 28-2.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE

• Brynn Devers got the start, playing the first quarter while Claire Eastwood stood in goal for the final three frames.
• Madison's goal marks the first of her season and the second of her career.
• 28 goals by the Greyhounds ties the GLVC record set by Quincy against Upper Iowa in the 2022 season.
