LIBERTY, Mo. – William Jewell College has announced the appointment of Granger Rodda as the Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance and Student Services. He takes over for Will Schneider, '21 who has recently accepted a position with Drake University to be closer to family. Rodda will begin his duties on August 5.

"In a time of constant change within the NCAA, the experience he brings to our campus is highly valuable. His knowledge and professionalism in support of our student-athletes and coaches will elevate our department moving forward."
 
A Midwest native, Rodda is returning to the region after three years at Coastal Carolina University, where he served as the Assistant Director of NCAA Compliance, working with the Chanticleers 18 NCAA Division I sports. Prior to his time at CCU, he spent two years as a Compliance Coordinator with the NAIA Eligibility Center Headquarters in Kansas City.
 
A native of Spearville, Kan., he played baseball at Bethany College before completing his bachelor's degree in 2021 in business administration with a certificate in sports and entertainment marketing.
