LIBERTY, Mo. – William Jewell College has announced the hiring of Justin Martin as the Director of Athletics Facilities and Game Operations.
 
"Multiple industry colleagues couldn't say enough good things about Justin as a person and a young professional and we're thrilled to welcome him to the Jewell community," said Senior Associate Athletics Director JaeLynn Ellison. "He gained valuable experience during his time as both an undergrad and graduate assistant working with a variety of sports and in numerous areas. Those experiences will assist us with raising the bar in our game day efforts and we're excited to see him grow in this role."   
 
Martin comes to the Cardinals after a stint as an Athletics Operations and Facilities graduate assistant at his Alma Mater, William Penn University. During his undergraduate career, he was a member of the Statesmen football team and served as an Athletics Operations intern. A native of Houston, Texas, he earned a degree in business management in 2025 and will complete a master's degree in sports management in the spring of 2027.
