Connor Benado begins his first season as the Football Equipment Graduate Assistant and Inside Linebackers coach in 2018.
Benado comes to the Cardinals after spending the past two seasons as the inside linebackers and assistant strength coach at Mid-America Nazarene University in Olathe, Kansas. While there, he worked with special teams, academics, football operations, and quality control. As a player for the Pioneers, he helped MidAmerica to the 2016 Heart of America Conference championship.
Originally from Oxnard, California, Benado earned his bachelor's degree from MidAmerica Nazarene and is currently pursing a master's degree in Sport Administration from William Woods University.
