Corey Sudhoff begins his second season as the Cardinals defensive line coach and Director of Football Operations in the fall of 2018. Sudhoff joined the Cardinals after spending the 2016 season as the defensive line/assistant strength coach at Mid-America Nazarene University. While there, he also worked with special teams, academics, football operations, and quality control.

Prior to Mid-America Nazarene, he spent four seasons at Blue Springs South High School in Blue Springs, Mo. He served as assistant defensive line coach and defensive coordinator for the underclassmen programs. In his final year at Blue Springs South, Sudhoff helped lead the Jaguars to the Class 6A state championship going 14-0, to finish as one of the tops 50 teams in the country.   Â
Sudhoff played defensive line for the Tigers at the University of Missouri under Coach Gary Pinkel, winning two Big IV North titles and earning three bowl bids and an Independence Bowl victory in 2011. At the prep level, he played defensive end on the 2006 Blue Springs South team that captured the Class 6A State Champions, finishing 13-0 and sixth in the nation.

Originally from Pleasant Hill, Mo, Sudhoff earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri and a master's degree in business from MidAmerica Nazarene.Â
