Simeon Blair joins the Cardinal coaching staff for his first season in 2024.

• Coached Sean Mitchell to All-GLVC First Team honors
• Assisted with a defense that topped the GLVC with 11 forced fumbles and third with 21 sacks
• Played four seasons at the University of Arkansas before closing his career at the University of Memphis
• Suited up for 46 games for the Razorbacks, serving as a team captain, and registering 135 total tackles
• Earned Third Team All-AAC honors at Memphis with 63 tackles and two fumble recoveries
• Part of the Tigers team that defeated Iowa State in the Autozone Liberty Bowl in 2023
• Threw more than 1,600 career yards and 20 touchdowns for Pine Bluff High School (Ark.)
• A native of Pine Bluff, Arkansas
• Completed his bachelor's degree in sports management and recreation from Arkansas
• Married to wife Rachel Lee
