Casey Carpenter was hired on March 21, 2022 as the Head Athletic Performance Coach.

• Responsible for designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for 25 sports while also serving as the powerlifting coach at Missouri Valley
• Was the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Kentucky Christian University for more than four years, the first such appointee in school history
• Built the strength and conditioning program from scratch, helped design, and install a new weight room and served as the game operations director for football while overseeing the strength and conditioning programming for 17 sports
• Made stops at Millsaps College as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach
• Was an intern with the performance departments at Rice University (Texas) and Samford University (Ala.)

• Was a quarterback at Faulkner University (Ala.)

• Earned a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in fitness, conditioning, and performance from Auburn University in 2015
• Married to Dr. Rebekah Carpenter
