Freshman Year (2013-14):…..Jewell’s leading scorer (12.4) and rebounder (8.7)…..shot 50% from the floor including 41.1% from behind the arc and 65.7% from the line…..made eleven free throws vs. Rockhurst and had 15 rebounds in a game twice and 13 rebounds in a game three times and he had three steals in three games…..for all games played he ranked as follows in the GLVC:  #4 in total rebounds per game, #2 in offensive rebounds per game and #7 in defensive rebounds per game…..in conference games only he ranked #26 in scoring, #4 in total rebounds, #7 in 3-point FG%, #2 in offensive rebounds per game and #8 in defensive rebounds per game…..recipient of Jewell’s Rebounds Award (234/27/8.67) and Blocked Shots Award (9/27/0.33)…..named the Great Lakes Valley Conference Freshman of the Year, Jewell’ first Major GLVC Award Recipient in Basketball…..recipient of Jewell’s ‘Bill Summers Newcomer of the Year Award’.

Reason I attended William Jewell: I chose Jewell because I wanted to try to make an impact right out of High School. I saw that Jewell prepares it's graduates to make an impact after they graduate as well.
