Gage Rosier enters his fifth year as the head strength and conditioning coach in 2020-21.

• Rosier is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

• Rosier came to the Cardinals from Northwest Missouri State where he served as an intern and graduate assistant in the Bearcats strength and conditioning program.
• Later, as a graduate assistant he was the head strength coach for volleyball and women's golf while assisting on all other sports.
• In 2014, he interned with the University of Missouri Athletic Performance staff, working primarily with football.
• Outside of Jewell he also owns his own company Rosier Athletic Performance where he offers personal training, speed and agility camps, and group exercise classes.

A native of Mound City, Mo., he holds a bachelor's degree in history and a master's in applied health and sport sciences, both from Northwest Missouri State.
• He is married to wife Ashley and the proud father of three-year-old son Maclin and daughter Rowan who was born in April 2020.
