Sean McNamara enters his first season as an assistant coach for the Cardinals during the 2025 season.

• Spent four years with Rockhurst High School helping the Hawkletts to four Lacrosse Association of Kansas City championships
• Worked with goalies for two seasons at Roberts Wesleyan University (NY) and helped the team to their first conference tournament appearance
• Has also spent time with Messiah College and his alma mater Randolph-Macon College as an assistant coach
• Made three high school stops, including a head coaching position at Calverton High School (Md.)
• Played collegiately at Randolph-Macon College where he was a team captain and led the conference in save percentage and was an All-Academic selection
• A native of Overland Park, Kansas
• Earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and elementary education from Randolph-Macon in 1999
• Married to wife, Anna, and has four children
