Jenni Croy enters her first season at the helm of the women's basketball program in 2025-2026.

• Spent 18 years at North Central Missouri College amassing more than 320 wins
• Led the Pirates to seven Region XVI championships and three runner-up finishes
• Won four Central Plains District titles to advance to the NJCAA National Tournament, finishing sixth in 2022 and seventh in 2023
• Mentored 41 All-Region performers and eight NJCAA All-Americans
• Seven-time Region XVI Coach of the Year
• Four-time Central Plains District Coach of the Year
• Starred for four seasons at Pittsburg State, setting school records for three-point field goals in a game (11) and career (364) which was second in Division II history at the time
• Graduated as the Gorilla's all-time leading scorer (1,808 points) and ranks among the top-5 today
• Four-time All-MIAA honoree
• 1997 Division II Bulletin All-America honorable mention selection
• Led Gorillas to a 1996 regular season conference title and made two appearances in the NCAA-II National Tournament
• All-time leading scorer at Kearney High School
• Inducted into three Halls of Fame at Pittsburg State (2007), MIAA (2018), and Kearney High School (2017)
• A native of Kearney, Missouri
• Earned a bachelor's degree in education with an emphasis in mathematics from Pittsburg State and a master's in secondary administration from William Woods University
• Married to husband Wes and is the mother of three children, Lathan, Salem, and Kaegen
• Son Lathan is the head women's golf coach at Northwest Missouri State
