Lesli Collins joins the Jewell women's basketball program in 2025 after spending 18 years on the sideline at North Central Missouri College, alongside Jenni Croy.

• Has worked alongside head coach Jenni Croy at North Central Missouri for 18 seasons, building one of the top NJCAA programs in the Midwest, going 331-215
• Helped lead the Pirates to seven Region XVI championships and three additional runner-up finishes
• Won four Central Plains District titles and made four trips to the NJCAA National Tournament with top-seven finishes in 2022 and 2023
• Mentored 41 All-Region performers and eight All-Americans
• Played at North Central Missouri College, winning a 2003 Region XVI title after a runner-up finish the year prior
• Earned NJCAA All-Academic honors
• Was an All-State performer in three different sports at North Mercer High School
• A native of Mercer, Missouri
• Earned a bachelor's degree in recreation administration at Missouri Western with a master's degree from Western Governors University
• Is married to husband Justin and has one son, Jayven
