Jill Brown returned to Jewell in the summer of 2023 as the Director of Athletic Performance after previously spending three years on staff as an assistant. With her appointment, she is one of eight women among Division II football schools to lead the strength and conditioning program (as of June 2023).Â

• Spent the summer of 2019 as an intern at the University of Kentucky working primarily with women's basketball
• Served more than 18 months on staff at Luther College, first as an assistant before moving into a Co-Director role
• Worked with 21 teams, including six that won conference championships
• Also oversee training for six teams and five individuals who advanced to their respective NCAA Division III national championships in 2022-2023

• Played collegiate volleyball, earning All-Conference honors at Ancilla College (IN)
• Completed her career at Mississippi College (DII) where she served as the libero and led her team in digs twiceÂ
• Graduated ranked second in single season digs and fourth in career digs and earned the award for Outstanding Volleyball Senior Letterman

• A native Elkhart, Indiana
• Holds an associate degree from Ancilla and a bachelor's from Mississippi College, both in exercise science.
• Completed a master's degree from Concordia University Chicago in 2021Â
