Zach Warring enters his fifth season with the William Jewell volleyball program in 2020, working primarily with defense while also coordinating recruiting.

• August 1, 2016 - Named Assistant Volleyball Coach

• During his tenure he has mentored libero Olivia Tolberd to two All-GLVC honors on her way to becoming the Cardinals all-time leader in career digs while Stefanie Richterkessing also joined the 1,000 digs club under Warring in 2019.
• In 2017, the Cardinals posted the first back-to-back double digit win seasons since the move to NCAA-II.
• During the 2016 season, he helped lead the Cardinals to the first double-digit win season since 2012.
• The primary defensive tutor, he helped lead Tolberd to a First Team All-Great Lakes Valley Conference honor in 2016.

• Prior to joining the Jewell staff, he was a volunteer at Missouri-Kansas City where he helped the Kangaroos to an appearance in the WAC Tournament and had the opportunity to coach a recipient of the NCAA Woman of the Year award.
• He also spent time at Johnson County Community College during which time the Cavaliers posted a third place finish at the NJCAA Division-II National Championships and boasted two All-Americans.

• Originally from Overland Park, Kan., Warring earned his bachelor's degree in biology and a master's in education from the University of Kansas.
• He and his wife Jackie reside in Overland Park.
