Charlie Miller joins the William Jewell athletic training staff this fall.  He is originally from Osceola, Nebraska, and  served a dual role with Crete High School and Doane College for a year as an undergraduate trainer during his time at Doane. He has also spent eight years at Midland University in Fremont, five years as the head athletic trainer and three as an assistant. Charlie spent time working with the majority of the sports teams at Midland and also serving as an instructor in their Human Performance program.

Charlie received his master's degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where he worked with football, wrestling, and baseball teams. In 2002 he earned his bachelor's degree from Doane College.  He is married to Kristenm and they have two daughters.
