ON TAP
The William Jewell softball team is back on the road this weekend as they head to Springfield, Mo. For the Drury Invitational. The Cardinals will take on four opponents out of the MIAA and NSIC.   

LAST TIME OUT
Jewell is coming off a 2-2 weekend where they defeated No. 3 ranked Grand Valley State 4-3 at the Lewis Dome Invitational. 
 
Lindsay Glynn hit .500 on the weekend with two home runs, five runs, and five RBI to earn GLVC Player of the Week honors.   

THE SERIES
The Cardinals are 1-7 in the NCAA-era with Northeastern State with the lone win coming in February 2018. Jewell owns a 12-3 advantage over Lincoln who they are scheduled to play an additional four times this spring. They also lead the series with Newman 11-6 and will meet the Jets again in mid-April while this will be the first meeting with Wayne State.
