INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - William Jewell senior outfielder
Tori Farr earned Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) Players of the Week for softball, as announced by the league office announced on Monday.
Farr hit .563 to lead the Cardinals to sweeps of Quincy and Truman to go 4-0 on the weekend. The senior had multiple hits in three of four games, including a 4-for-4 performance with three runs and two RBI against Truman on Sunday. The center fielder had the game winning RBI in game two against Quincy before scoring the walk off run against Truman.
This is Farr's first GLVC Player of the Week honor of her career and the first for the Cardinals since Lindsey Glynn in February 2020.
