LIBERTY, Mo. - The William Jewell swimming teams competed for the second straight day at Kresge Pool inside of the Mabee Center, collecting wins against the Truman State Bulldogs. The men finished with a spacious 140-65 victory, while the women escaped with a much closer 106-99 final.
The men move to 2-0 on the early season, while the women are 3-0 after their tri-dual on Thursday.
Martina Torrent and
Eric Hart were the two Cardinals to have a pair of first place finishes. Seven different Cardinals had a first place finish, while three of the four relays had a Cardinal team leading the way.
