William Jewell College Athletics

• Freshman- Learned about who I was a baseball player and a young adult. Tried my best to develop myself as a player while not getting yelled at. I learned what it means to “become a bear” and to “bear down on adverse times” I also fell in love with the weight room. Started to overcome adversity. Started to make friends for a lifetime.
• Sophomore- No longer played scared and was starting to find my niche on the team. Dominated and won the Idaho Challenge. Learned a lot from my good pals about life and baseball. Dominated the weight room. Was still making friends for a lifetime.
• Junior- Came in experienced and ready to go full of knowledge of our systems and the way things work. Absolutely dominated the weight room and became a member of the 1000 lb club. Once again dominated and won the Idaho Challenge. I experienced my first ever dogpile. Once again while making friends for a lifetime.
• Senior- Recipient of the R.E. "Dad" Bowles Scholarship Award

• Senior year First Team All-Conference, First Team All-Northland, Honorable Mention All-Metro

Reason I attended William Jewell: I felt that living close to the KC Metro area would increase my chances of getting drafted by the Kansas City Royals. While at Jewell you get to experience the wonderful campus life. Not only do you get to live in great dorms but you get to hang out with all kinds of great people and of course the scorching hot ladies! You can't pass up the numerous opportunities to do such great things while on campus. And most importantly because of the great homecoming week festivities, the treacherous hills that you get to walk up, and last but not least the amazing caf food.
