James Gaffney Distinguished Scholar Athlete...Started all 47 games played in center field…Collected a team-best 56 hits on a .298 average…Added 14 doubles, two triples, and three home runs…Drove in 21 runns and scored a team-high 44 times…Was 10-for-11 in stolen base attempts…Posted a perfect fielding percentage with 117 putouts on 120 chances and three assists

2017 (Freshman): Academic All-GLVC...GLVC Bro. James Gaffney Distinguished Scholar Athlete...Started 32 of 33 games played as a true freshman...Was fifth on the team with a .288 average on 34 hits, including nine doubles and two home runs...Second in the GLVC with six triples...Also totaled 20 RBI, seven walks, and a .517 slugging percentage...Committed just one error on the season
